How long is shipping?
Shipping takes between 10-20 days, depending on your location. Shipping is always free, and tracking is included with every order. Reach out to us at hello@plushieproduce.com with any questions about your order.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Return: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery of new, unused items. Return shipping is free and paid for by Plushie Produce. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label upon approval of your return.
Exchange: For items that are in new condition, and within the 30-day limit, we are happy to either refund the product or give you store credit for another. As well, we honor our 1-year warranty and will replace any defective item within that time frame.
Do these plushies have a warranty?
Yes! All plushies ship with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. We check every plushie before shipment for quality assurance, but if we send you a defective plushie we will make it right. This manufacturer warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental misuse.
Are these plushies kid-safe?
Yes, all our plushies are perfectly safe for children and pets. The polypropylene (PP) used to make the cotton to fill our plushies is held to the same standard as polypropylene used to carry food in the United States, such as a yogurt cup. Polypropylene naturally does not contain BPA. The only people who may want to reconsider our plushies are those who are allergic to polypropylene.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 10–25 days, depending on your location. All orders are submitted for processing at one of our warehouses within three business days, and once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Please note that orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages to minimize customs fees and ensure faster delivery.
If you need a plushie for a holiday or special occasion, please allow at least two weeks for delivery. Delivery times may be extended prior to major holidays. If you have any questions about estimated delivery times prior to purchase, please feel free to reach out to us.
Plushie Produce is a California-based company, but we utilize overseas warehouses for some of our plushies to keep prices low for you.
