How long is shipping?
Shipping takes between 10-20 days, depending on your location. Shipping is free to select countries, and tracking is included with every order.
For customers in the United States:
Plushie Produce will become unavailable to American customers beginning on April 23rd. This allows nine days for items to clear customs prior to the $25 customs fee beginning on May 2nd. This fee doubles to $50 on June 1st.
If you want to place an order, we suggest placing it earlier rather than later. All purchases from Plushie Produce that haven't cleared customs by May 2nd will be subject to a $25 customs fee. Any additional fees, taxes, or otherwise associated with processing at U.S. customs are the responsibility of the buyer. You may have to pay the customs fee to release the item; reach out to your local customs office for more information.
NOTICE: On 3/13/2025 the United States Postal Service announced a reduction of 10,000 employees. While we will try to get you your plushie promptly, please anticipate delays.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Return: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery of new, unused items. Return shipping is free, paid by Plushie Produce; please read our return policy for more information. We do not accept returns on select items, including furniture, wearable items, and items that have been opened or used.
Exchange: For items that are in new condition, and within the 30-day limit, we are happy to either refund the product or give you store credit for another if the product was damaged during shipping or otherwise defective due to oversights of our quality control process.
Are these plushies kid-safe?
Yes, all our plushies are perfectly safe for children and pets. The polypropylene (PP) used to make the cotton to fill our plushies is held to the same standard as polypropylene used to carry food in the United States, such as a yogurt cup. Polypropylene naturally does not contain BPA. The only people who may want to reconsider our plushies are those who are allergic to polypropylene.
