How to Determine the Amount of PP Cotton You Need:
- Measure the dimensions of your plushie (height, width, and depth).
- Refer to the attached diagram of pillows (unfortunately, I can't see the attached diagram but you can compare your plushie's dimensions to the ones provided).
- Choose the pillow size that most closely matches your plushie's size.
- The amount of stuffing used in that pillow will be the approximate amount you need for your plushie.
Restuffing Tips:
- Make sure to open your plushie from a seam that can be easily stitched back together.
- Gradually add the PP cotton, ensuring an even distribution throughout.
- For a firmer plushie, add more cotton. For a softer feel, use less.
- Once stuffed to your satisfaction, stitch the plushie back up securely.

How long is shipping?
Shipping takes between 10-20 days, depending on your location. Shipping is always free, and tracking is included with every order.
For customers in the United States:Tariffs on all imports from China went into effect on 2/4/25. This may lead to additional time your item spends in customs and a delayed delivery. Any additional fees, taxes, or otherwise associated with processing at U.S. customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Return: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery of new, unused items. Return shipping is free and paid for by Plushie Produce. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label upon approval of your return.
Exchange: For items that are in new condition, and within the 30-day limit, we are happy to either refund the product or give you store credit for another. As well, we honor our 1-year warranty and will replace any defective item within that time frame.
Are these plushies kid-safe?
Yes, all our plushies are perfectly safe for children and pets. The polypropylene (PP) used to make the cotton to fill our plushies is held to the same standard as polypropylene used to carry food in the United States, such as a yogurt cup. Polypropylene naturally does not contain BPA. The only people who may want to reconsider our plushies are those who are allergic to polypropylene.
