Retour: We accepteren retouren tot 30 dagen na levering van nieuwe, ongebruikte artikelen. Retourverzending is gratis en wordt betaald door Plushie Produce. We sturen je een vooraf betaalde verzendlabel na goedkeuring van je retour.
Ruilen: Voor artikelen die in nieuwe staat zijn en binnen de 30-dagen termijn vallen, zijn we blij om het product te retourneren of u winkeltegoed voor een ander te geven. Daarnaast respecteren we onze 1-jarige garantie en zullen we elk defect item binnen die termijn vervangen.
Zijn deze knuffels veilig voor kinderen?
Ja, al onze knuffels zijn perfect veilig voor kinderen en huisdieren. Het polypropyleen (PP) dat wordt gebruikt om de katoen te maken die onze knuffels vult, voldoet aan dezelfde standaard als polypropyleen dat in de Verenigde Staten wordt gebruikt voor het vervoeren van voedsel, zoals een yoghurtbeker.
