Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our plushies. All our products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for one year from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Every plushie undergoes a thorough quality check before shipping, but if you receive a defective item, we will make it right.
Refunds
We aim to make returns and refunds as simple as possible. Our 30-day return policy starts on the day your plushie is delivered. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how to request a return:
- Eligibility: To qualify for a full refund, your plushie must be returned in new, unopened condition and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Plushie Produce is not responsible for items lost or misdelivered during return shipping.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned plushie and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you receive a plushie with a manufacturer defect, we’re happy to provide a replacement or a full refund. To start an exchange, please email us with:
- Proof of purchase (your order number).
- A photo of the plushie showing the defect.
How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
To begin a return, warranty claim, or exchange, please email us at hello@plushieproduce.com with the subject line “Warranty,” “Refund,” or “Exchange.” Be sure to include your order number and any relevant details or photos.
