How long is shipping?
Shipping takes between 10-20 days, depending on your location. Shipping is free to select countries, and tracking is included with every order.
For customers in the United States: Tariffs on all imports from China went into effect on 2/4/25. This may lead to additional time your item spends in customs and a delayed delivery. Any additional fees, taxes, or otherwise associated with processing at U.S. customs are the responsibility of the buyer.
On 3/13/2025 the United States Postal Service announced a reduction of 10,000 employees. While we will try to get you your plushie promptly, please anticipate delays.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Return: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery of new, unused items. Return shipping is free and paid for by Plushie Produce. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label upon approval of your return.
Exchange: For items that are in new condition, and within the 30-day limit, we are happy to either refund the product or give you store credit for another if the product was damaged during shipping or otherwise defective due to oversights of our quality control process.
Are these plushies kid-safe?
Yes, all our plushies are perfectly safe for children and pets. The polypropylene (PP) used to make the cotton to fill our plushies is held to the same standard as polypropylene used to carry food in the United States, such as a yogurt cup. Polypropylene naturally does not contain BPA. The only people who may want to reconsider our plushies are those who are allergic to polypropylene.
What size are the plushies?
Our plushies come in a variety of sizes, from handheld to giant 6.5-foot huggables! Each product page lists the exact dimensions, so you can find the perfect plushie for play, decorating, or gifting. Contact us if you have any questions about product sizes.
