Returns and Refund

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing hello@plushieproduce.com with the subject line "ORDER CANCELLATION." After this period, orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. All orders cancelled after two hours are subject to a 5% restocking fee if the order has already shipped.

Returns & Refunds: Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from the date your plushie is delivered. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in new, unused condition, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as Plushie Produce is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • Non-refundable Fees: Original shipping charges paid when the order was placed are non-refundable. Additionally, a 5% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Restocking fees can be avoided by cancelling the order within two hours of order placement.

  • Refund Process: Upon receiving your return and verifying its new, unused condition, we will issue a refund (minus applicable fees) to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback may affect your eligibility for a refund. We encourage customers to reach out to our customer service team to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback. Please read our chargeback policy for more information.

Exchanges: If you receive an incorrect plushie or a plushie with a confirmed manufacturing defect, Plushie Produce will cover the return shipping costs or provide an exchange or full refund. Please initiate exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To start the return or exchange process, please email us at hello@plushieproduce.com with the subject line clearly stating either “RETURN,” or “EXCHANGE.” Include your order number, relevant details, and photos clearly showing any defects (if applicable). Please note that we receive a lot of correspondence from buyers who fail to include their order number in their e-mail. Failing to do so increases the time that it takes to service a claim and may prevent a claim from being serviced if the order cannot be located.

Important: Plushie Produce strictly adheres to our return timelines. Requests for returns or refunds made beyond the specified 30-day period will not be accepted.
