Due to the unique nature of our products, shipping takes between 12-20 days depending on your location. Shipping is free to most of the 53 countries we ship to, and tracking is included with every order.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Return: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery of new, unused items. Return shipping is free, paid by Plushie Produce for defective items only; please read our return policy for more information. We do not accept returns on select items, including furniture, wearable items, and items that have been opened or used. Jumbo/select furniture items, and change-of-mind returns can be returned within 30 days with shipping the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange: For items that are in new condition, and within the 30-day limit, we are happy to either refund the product or give you store credit for another if the product was damaged during shipping or otherwise defective due to oversights of our quality control process.
Are these plushies kid-safe?
Yes, all our plushies are perfectly safe for children and pets. The polypropylene (PP) used to make the cotton to fill our plushies is held to the same standard as polypropylene used to carry food in the United States, such as a yogurt cup. Polypropylene naturally does not contain BPA. The only people who may want to reconsider our plushies are those who are allergic to polypropylene.
What size are the plushies?
Our plushies come in a variety of sizes, from handheld to giant 6.5-foot huggables! Each product page lists the exact dimensions, so you can find the perfect plushie for play, decorating, or gifting. Contact us if you have any questions about product sizes.
