2. Dispute Resolution – How to Get Help Without Filing a Chargeback
If you have an issue with your order, please follow these steps before considering a chargeback:
✔️ Order Not Arrived? Shipping delays can occur due to customs, peak seasons, or carrier issues. Check your tracking number and allow up to 20 days for delivery. If it’s past this timeframe, contact us, and we’ll investigate.
✔️ Wrong or Damaged Item? If you receive a defective or incorrect item, send us photos at hello@plushieproduce.com. We will gladly replace it or issue a refund in accordance with our return policy.

3. Fraudulent or Unjustified Chargebacks
We take chargeback fraud seriously. If a chargeback is filed without a valid reason, the following actions may be taken:
🚫 Blacklisting the customer—Plushie Produce reserves the right to ban future purchases from customers who abuse chargebacks.
📄 Providing detailed evidence to the bank—We will submit all order records, tracking confirmations, emails, and proof of delivery to contest illegitimate chargebacks.
⚖️ Legal action for fraudulent chargebacks—Filing a false chargeback is considered theft and fraud. If necessary, we may pursue legal remedies via small claims court to recover funds and damages.
👎 Impact on the buyer’s financial history—Frequent chargeback disputes may lead to banking restrictions or account termination by the buyer’s card issuer.
Customers who file excessive or unfounded chargebacks will also be reported to industry fraud databases, potentially affecting their ability to shop at other online stores.
4. Chargeback Disputes & Resolution Process
If a chargeback is filed, Plushie Produce will:
1️⃣ Pause all customer support interactions regarding the order—Once a chargeback is initiated, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
2️⃣ Submit evidence to the payment processor, including tracking info, proof of delivery, order history, and customer communication.
3️⃣ Await a resolution from the payment provider, which may take 60-90 days. If the chargeback is decided in our favor, the funds will be returned to us, and the charge will be reinstated on the buyer’s card.
