Returns and Refund

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing hello@plushieproduce.com with the subject line "ORDER CANCELLATION." After this period, orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled. Orders canceled after 2 hours may be subject to a 5% restocking fee if the order has already shipped.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including furniture, inflatable costumes, and other wearable plushies. Please reach out with any questions prior to purchase to confirm return eligibility.


Return Shipping

Unless otherwise noted, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. This includes returns due to change of mind, mistaken orders, or buyer error. Plushie Produce will provide prepaid return labels only in cases of wrong item sent or confirmed product defect.

Oversized, jumbo, or heavy items (including most jumbo plushies) must be returned at the buyer’s expense and are not eligible for store-paid return labels.


Non-Refundable Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 5% processing and restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing costs. Certain very large items, such as furniture, and inflatable costumes, are not returnable.


Refund Process

Returns must be received in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued (minus applicable fees) to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback may impact your eligibility for a refund. We strongly encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve any concerns directly.


Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect item or a plushie with a manufacturing defect, we will offer an exchange, refund, or return shipping label at no cost. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email hello@plushieproduce.com with the subject line “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE.” Include your order number and a brief explanation, plus clear photos of any issues if applicable.
Failure to include your order number may delay or prevent your return from being processed.


Return Window

All returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted beyond this window cannot be accepted.
