All orders are submitted for processing at one of our warehouses within three business days, and once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Please note that orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages to minimize customs fees and ensure faster delivery.
If you need a plushie for a holiday or special occasion, please allow at least two weeks for delivery. Delivery times may be extended prior to major holidays. If you have any questions about estimated delivery times prior to purchase, please feel free to reach out to us.
