Shipping Information

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery of your plush may take up to 21 business days, although most orders are delivered in significantly less time. To make this easier for you we offer free international shipping on all products.

We strive to be up front with you. These delivery times are because:

1) All of our plush items are handmade.

2) Some of our plush are very rare. In some instances, we are the only retailer of certain plush products in North America.

3) Our warehouses are located overseas, which helps us pass savings onto you.

We will process your order within 2 business days. As soon as your plush is made, packaged, and shipped from our warehouse we will provide you with a tracking number.

Please note that additional delays outside of our control may occur, such as inspection at customs or heavy holiday shipping demand.

DISCLAIMER
We quality check all our products to make sure they are in perfect condition before sending them to our shipping partners. We are responsible for your plush product until it is successfully delivered; if one of our shipping partners loses or misdelivers your product, we will work with them to get this fixed. However, Plushie Produce is not responsible for packages misdelivered due to an incorrect address placed during checkout.
