Warranty and Refund

We guarantee all our plush products from manufacturer defects for 1-year after you receive your plush in the mail. This does not include wear and tear. We quality check all our plushies before sending them out, but if we sent out a plushie we shouldn't have, we want to make it right.

We want to make your experience with Plushie Produce as easy and hassle free as possible. That's why we're happy to offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for any product, which starts from the day your plushie is delivered. These are not business days; these are calendar days.

If you would like to start a return with us, we will need to verify your purchase (your order number). To receive a full refund, you will then need to send the plushie back to us in new, unopened condition. The plushie must be in the original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and not refundable by Plushie Produce. We highly recommend insuring your plushies to make sure they are successfully delivered. Plushies misdelivered or lost in the mail on their way back to us are not the responsibility of Plushie Produce. If your item is insured and is lost in the mail your mail carrier will compensate you for the full cost of your item.

Once we receive your new, unopened plushie we will send you a confirmation e-mail that your plushie has been received and that your refund is processing. If your refund is approved (which will always happen if the item is new and unopened and it has been less than 30 days), please allow 5-7 business days for the cost of the plushie to be refunded to your method of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund if more than 30 days have passed since delivery.

You may receive a partial refund under the following circumstances:

1) A return of a new, unopened plushie that is started more than 30 days after delivery.

2) A plushie is returned to us in a condition that is damaged or opened.

Partial refunds are at the discretion of Plushie Produce and are approved on a case-by-case basis.

In the event we sent you an item that is clearly defective due to manufacturer error, we will be glad to fix this for you by sending you another of the same plush or offering you a full refund. We will need proof of purchase and a picture of the item detailing the defect.
